Terms of Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or enrolling in Slay the Spray, you expressly agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement governs your participation, event access, and any included digital or physical materials.
Event Purpose & Experience
Slay the Spray is a live in-person educational event designed for spray tan artists and beauty professionals at all experience levels. The event may include live speakers, business education, networking opportunities, vendor experiences, and optional digital content depending on the ticket tier purchased.
While we strive to deliver high-quality education and an exceptional experience, results may vary based on individual participation and implementation.
Disclaimer
There are no financial or business guarantees associated with attending Slay the Spray. Any income, growth, or success outcomes discussed during the event are not guaranteed.
Attendees are solely responsible for implementing strategies, marketing their business, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to spray tanning services. Slay the Spray and Spray Tan Class are not responsible for licensing, permits, or regional requirements.
Event Access
Ticket inclusions may vary by tier and may include:

Virtual live experience (if applicable)

Event recordings (if applicable)

Online course access (if applicable)
Access details are defined at the time of purchase. Slay the Spray reserves the right to adjust schedules, speakers, or event flow if necessary.
Payment & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Tickets
All Slay the Spray tickets are non-refundable by default unless the Refundable Ticket Add-On is purchased during checkout.
The Refundable Ticket Add-On cannot be added after purchase.
Refundable Ticket Add-On Terms
If the Refundable Ticket Add-On is purchased, the following applies:

Refund requests must be made 21 days or more before the event date (February 16, 2026)

All approved refunds are issued minus applicable transaction and/or processing fees

Refund requests must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026
Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, even with the Refundable Ticket Add-On.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event, no later than February 9, 2026.
All transfer requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
Refundable Ticket Add-On Fee
The Refundable Ticket Add-On fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if your event ticket is cancelled.
Course Access & Refund Adjustments
If your ticket includes access to one or more online courses, refund eligibility depends on course usage prior to the refund request:

No course access
β Refund equals 100% of ticket price (minus transaction fees) -
Course accessed less than 10%
β Refund equals 100% of ticket price (minus transaction fees)
β Course access will be revoked after refund -
Course accessed 10% or more
β Refund equals 70% of ticket price (30% deduction applied, minus transaction fees)
β Lifetime access to accessed course(s) will remain
This applies whether one or multiple courses are included.
Access Removal After Refund
Once a refund is processed, the attendee forfeits access to:

Swag bag
-
Virtual live experience
-
Event recordings
-
Event-related bonuses
Virtual access or recordings may be purchased separately up to one month prior to the event, subject to availability.
Refundable Ticket Add-On Fee
The Refundable Ticket Add-On fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if your event ticket is cancelled.

Intellectual Property Rights
All Slay the Spray content, including presentations, recordings, materials, branding, and digital assets, are the exclusive property of Spray Tan Class.
Attendees may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Recording & Redistribution
Live sessions may be recorded. Attendees may not record, screenshot, or distribute presentations, speaker content, or private sessions without consent.
Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from the event and future programs.
Good Faith Participation
Attendees agree to participate respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Dispute Resolution
For any concerns or disputes, attendees must contact [email protected] for resolution prior to initiating chargebacks or disputes.
By purchasing, you agree to resolve disputes directly with Slay the Spray.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in Slay the Spray is at your own risk. Spray Tan Class, Slay the Spray, affiliates, speakers, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from attendance, travel, or participation.
Liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
Event Changes
Slay the Spray reserves the right to modify speakers, schedule, venue, or format as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted within California jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during registration is used solely for event communication, access management, and attendee support. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside necessary service providers.
Agreement
By purchasing and participating in Slay the Spray, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
