Make Your Slay the Spray In-Person Ticket Refundable

 

The Refundable Ticket Add-On is only available during checkout and cannot be added after your purchase is completed.

 

Refund Terms for Refundable Ticket Add-On:

 

You may receive a refund of your original ticket price minus transaction fees if you cancel 21 days or more before the event start date (February 16, 2026).

 

⚠️ All refunds will be issued minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.

 

Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event (no later than February 9, 2026).

 

You will forfeit access to everything included in your original ticket package—this includes the swag bag, virtual live experience, and/or event recordings.

 

If you would still like access to the virtual live experience or event recordings, these can be purchased separately up until one month prior to the event.

 

Course Access & Refund Adjustments:

If your ticket tier includes access to any online course(s), the refund amount will depend on whether and how much of the course content has been accessed before your refund request:

  • No course access → Refund = 100% of ticket price (minus transaction fees)
  • Course accessed 10% or more → Refund = 70% of ticket price (30% deduction applied, minus transaction fees)
  • Course accessed less than 10% → Refund = 100% of ticket price (minus transaction fees)

 

The 30% deduction reflects the value of the course content provided. If more than 10% of any included course has been accessed, you will retain lifetime access to that course—even if your ticket is refunded. If less than 10% was accessed, your course access will be revoked upon refund.

 

This applies whether you accessed one course or multiple courses in the ticket bundle.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after your request is received.

 

Important Notes:

  • The Refundable Ticket Add-On fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your ticket.
  • If you did not purchase the Refundable Ticket Add-On, your ticket is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another person no later than 7 days before the event (by February 9, 2026).
  • All refunds are subject to deduction of transaction and/or processing fees.

Like I told Kelly on a phonecall, after 16 years of spray tanning, I was actually going to get out of spray tanning a couple years and go back to law school, and after going to slay the spray I have leveled up my business x 10 - not even on purpose!
