Make Your Slay the Spray In-Person Ticket Refundable
The Refundable Ticket Add-On allows you to cancel your Slay the Spray in-person ticket and receive a refund if your plans change.
This add-on is only available during checkout and cannot be added after your purchase is completed.
Refund Terms
You may receive a refund of your original ticket price (minus transaction and processing fees) if you cancel 21 days or more before the event start date (February 1, 2027) — no later than January 11, 2027.
⚠️ All refunds are issued minus applicable transaction and processing fees.
Cancellations made after January 11, 2027 are not eligible for a refund.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 14 days before the event (no later than January 18, 2027).
If You Cancel Your Ticket
If you cancel your ticket, you will lose access to everything included in your original ticket package, including:
* Swag bag
* Virtual live experience
* Event recordings
If you would still like access to the virtual live experience or event recordings, they may be purchased separately up to one month before the event.
Course Access & Refund Adjustments
If your ticket tier includes access to online course(s), the refund amount will depend on how much of the course content has been accessed prior to your refund request.
Refund Structure:
* 0–9% of the course accessed:
Refund = 100% of the ticket price (minus transaction and processing fees)
* 10% or more of the course accessed:
Refund = 70% of the ticket price
(30% course value deduction applied, minus transaction and processing fees)
Note:
* The 30% deduction reflects the value of the course content provided.
* If 10% or more of any included course has been accessed, you will retain lifetime access to that course, even if your event ticket is refunded.
* If less than 10% of the course was accessed, your course access will be revoked once the refund is processed.
* This policy applies whether you accessed one course or multiple courses included in the ticket bundle.
Important Notes
* The Refundable Ticket Add-On fee itself is non-refundable, even if you cancel your ticket.
* If you did not purchase the Refundable Ticket Add-On, your ticket is non-refundable.
* Non-refundable tickets may still be transferred to another person up to 14 days before the event (January 18, 2027).
* All refunds are subject to transaction and/or processing fee deductions.
