We currently accept payment via wire transfer. Banking details will be provided immediately after you reserve your sponsorship.

Your sponsorship is confirmed once your signed agreement and payment have been received. Sponsorship opportunities are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. 

Yes. Many sponsorship levels have limited availability, and some opportunities are exclusive. We recommend securing your sponsorship as soon as possible to guarantee your preferred package. 

Each sponsorship level includes different benefits. Please review the comparison chart or your selected package for a complete list of inclusions. Higher-tier sponsorships include additional marketing and branding opportunities.  

Yes! Booth space is included with select sponsorship packages, with the exception of the Gift Bag Sponsorship. Please refer to your chosen sponsorship level for specific details on what's included.
