 The Refundable Ticket Add-On is only available during checkout. You cannot add this option after enrollment.

Refund Terms for Refundable Ticket Add-On

  • You may receive a full refund of your original ticket price if you cancel 21 days or more before the event start date (February 16, 2026).
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person any time before February 16, 2026.
     

How to Request a Refund

  • Submit your refund request via email to: [email protected]
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after your request is received.
     

Important Notes

  • The Refundable Ticket Add-On fee itself is non-refundable, even if you cancel your ticket.
  • If you do not purchase the Refundable Ticket Add-On, your ticket is non-refundable, but you may transfer it to someone else any time before February 16, 2026.
